1. our commitment

Professionails NV wants miure.com to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification or other assistive technology.

2. standard

We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard referred to by the European Accessibility Act.

3. current status

miure.com is newly launched. An accessibility assessment against WCAG 2.1 level AA is currently being carried out by our development partner. We expect the results in [MONTH YEAR] and will publish them here, including any areas that do not yet meet the standard and when we expect to correct them.

Until that assessment is complete we are not able to state the extent to which this website conforms to the standard.

4. content provided by third parties

Parts of this website are provided by other companies, including our payment providers, our return portal, our review platform and our rewards platform. We do not control their accessibility. Where we become aware of a problem we raise it with the provider concerned.

If you are unable to use any part of miure.com, please contact us at hello@miure.com. Describe what you were trying to do and what happened. We aim to reply within 3 working days and, where we can, we will offer another way for you to complete what you needed.
