1. where we deliver
We deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Denmark and Finland.
All of these are in the European Union. No customs duties or import charges apply, and the amount shown at checkout is the total amount payable.

All delivery costs shown include VAT.
You choose between standard delivery to your address and delivery to a pickup point at checkout, where a pickup point is available in your country.
Delivery is free on all orders of €65 or more, in every country listed, for both delivery methods.
Delivery times are estimates and are counted in working days from dispatch. They exclude weekends and public holidays.
3. dispatch
Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm, or on a weekend or a Belgian public holiday, are dispatched on the next working day.
4. delivery period
In any event we deliver within 30 days of the day the contract came into effect, unless a different period has been agreed with you. If we do not, you may set an additional reasonable period, and if we still do not deliver you may cancel the contract and we refund everything you have paid.
5. tracking
You receive an order confirmation when you order and a tracking link when your order is dispatched. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to begin updating.
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of the dispatch confirmation for Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany and Austria, or within 10 working days for Ireland, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Denmark and Finland, contact us at hello@miure.com with your order number.
6. delivery address
We deliver to the address you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of that address. Where a delivery fails because the address was incorrect or incomplete, any additional costs of redelivery are yours.
7. risk
The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party you designated other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products.
8. damaged or incorrect deliveries
Please check your order on arrival. If a product is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us at hello@miure.com with your order number and a photograph where relevant. Do not start a return in the return portal. We arrange the return at our cost.
