1. where our reviews come from

Product reviews on miure.com are collected and published through Judge.me.

After you have received an order, we may invite you by email to review what you bought.

Reviews can only be submitted by customers who have purchased from us.

2. verification

Judge.me checks each review against the order records of our shop. A review displaying a Verified Buyer badge has been confirmed against a real order.

We cannot add a Verified Buyer badge ourselves. Verification is applied automatically by Judge.me, and where the criteria are not met a review remains unverified.

3. what we do and do not do

We do not write reviews ourselves and we do not ask anyone to write one on our behalf.

We do not pay for reviews.

We do not remove or hide a review because it is unfavourable.

We do not alter the substance of a review, and star ratings cannot be altered at all. Where a review is corrected for a typing or formatting error, Judge.me notifies the reviewer, who can reject the change.

We remove a review only where it contains personal data, abusive content, spam, or unlawful material. The reason for any removal is recorded.

4. points for reviews

Members of miure manicured receive 50 points for submitting a review. Points are credited whatever the review says. An unfavourable review earns exactly the same as a favourable one.

5. products provided free of charge

Where a reviewer received a product free of charge, for example as a tester or as part of a collaboration, this is stated alongside the review.

6. reporting a review

If you believe a review is inaccurate or should not be published, contact us at hello@miure.com.
